Barton spent his first 10 years specialising in large corporates and international aspects of corporation taxes. Barton also gained experience supporting international groups with their international compliance and reporting.
His specialisms include: all aspects of UK corporation tax, international aspects of corporation taxes and cross-border structuring, tax accounting FRS 102, IFRS, US GAAP, multinational reporting requirements and Corporate Interest Restriction.
Barton provides a supportive hand to help business owners, tax managers and tax directors minimise corporation tax liabilities. He has a long-standing history of successfully negotiating and dealing with HMRC, ensuring compliance while optimising tax strategies.
