Frazer, a Partner based in our Aberdeen office heads up our Corporate Tax Team. Frazer has extensive experience in both practice and industry advising a wide range of clients on corporate tax issues in the UK and Internationally.
Frazer specialises in corporate and international tax and leads a team advising corporate clients on areas including tax compliance, tax structuring, overseas expansion, permanent establishment risk, transfer pricing and cross border financing.
He is experienced in providing strategic tax advice to both growing businesses and multinationals including leading specialist tax projects and is qualified as both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor.
