Ray is a corporate structuring specialist, and has led a number of complex corporate transactions over the years, including full listings (LSE and AIM), demergers and reorganisations. Ray heads up the corporate structuring specialist team in the Midlands; his work includes demergers, family investment company structures, M&A work, structured investments and acquisitions, and cross border tax planning.
Ray also has a property tax specialism, and has advised a large number of clients in the real estate sector, ranging from local property investors to national housebuilding companies. He has also held a number of non-executive positions in the drinks sector, and owns a wine company.
